First Christmas In A Cup Of The Year

Can someone explain the sentiments written on these cups?  This one says "When we're together, every day is a snow day". On a different cup, it says "Let's rediscover why we're best friends". They both almost sound a little negative. 

Halloween is officially over... which means Starbucks is ready to put out their red Christmas cups and start their Christmas drink menu. Ahh, I love this season. And yes, I'm aware that it's still early... and we should really dedicate this time for the next big day, which in Canada, is Remembrance Day (November 11th). 

Please don't take my excitement over red-coloured cups and tasty, sugary drinks as any way of disrespect or forgetting the people who fought for our country. I will still take this time to remember.

Today, however, is the first day of the actual Christmases In A Cup (where the name of this blog comes from), so it only makes sense to be noted. Enjoyin' all the small things. :)
