I made this a couple of weeks ago after a night of roasted turkey legs. I took the leftovers, and made some comfort food with it - congee. I love congee. Especially during chillier months, I crave it. Or after a rough day (like back in the day of late night partying and drinking), I'd want it. It's soothing. It has to be the homemade kind. And I have to say... the congee that I make is pretty darn good.
